The role

As our Director of People Operations, you'll be the driving force behind talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. You'll develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and grow top-tier talent, ensuring our team is aligned, motivated, and equipped to deliver on our mission.

Things you'll do

• Talent Strategy & Hiring: Design and implement scalable hiring processes to support rapid team growth while maintaining high hiring standards.
• Employee Experience: Build and refine onboarding, engagement, and development programs to support employees from day one.
• Culture & Values Alignment: Foster a culture that reflects our core values, ensuring every team member feels empowered and connected to our mission.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee people-related policies, benefits, and compliance to create a smooth, people-first workplace.
• Performance & Development: Develop frameworks for goal-setting, continuous feedback, and career progression that drive high performance and employee growth.
• Employer Branding: Build our reputation as an employer of choice in the gaming, AI, and tech industries.
