Sr. Change Manager to promote the successfull adoption of a new Program with our Public Sector client - RQ00111

Duration:41 day contract until end of FY, then 10 month extension

Location: Hybrid - 2x/week in Downtown Toronto

Summary of Role:

Focusing on communication, employee engagement, training, and stakeholder alignment, the Change Management Specialist plays a crucial role in the successful adoption of the Transition Program, including effective execution of change management strategy/plans to engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.

This position:
involves building stakeholder buy-in and fostering a culture of change readiness throughout the organization, paving the way for a smooth transition during the change journey; and
requires extensive real-world change management experience in large-scale change initiatives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Must Haves:
8+ years' experience with change strategy development in large-scale digital transformation programs.
8+ years' experience with communication and training planning and execution
8+ years' experience collaborating with project teams on large-scale change initiatives
8+ years' experience with change management project metrics and reporting

Nice to Haves:
  • PROSCI or Lean Change Management certification
