Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to drive impactful growth and brand strategy for a leading consumer brand. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of the brand, executing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of annual business plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
Contribute to the development of the brand vision and strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives.
Manage key agency relationships, overseeing integrated marketing plans across media, PR, influencers, and social platforms.
Partner with senior leadership to meet revenue and profit targets for assigned brands.
Collaborate with product teams to bring new products to market and drive successful commercialization.
Develop and implement customer marketing programs in partnership with both headquarters and field sales teams.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, including sales data and market trends, and recommend actionable insights to drive growth.

Self-starter with the ability to independently drive projects forward.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with tools like Circana or Nielsen.

Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in CPG brand management.
Experience in kid-focused brands, confectionery, or snack foods is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
