Who we are
You know those big cities that still feel like small towns? Where everyone's friendly and helps each other out? That's like Doane Grant Thornton. Except here we're all professionals and there isn't a mayor or a general store. What we're trying to say is that we're a large and growing professional services firm that still feels like a community. We employ over 3000 people across Canada, and we truly care about our colleagues, our clients and the communities where we work and live. That's what's most important to us. We're building a thriving organization that's purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is.

Our special culture shines through when we have the opportunity to connect in person. That's why we're working in a model where teams are required to be together in the office 4 days per week.

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, maintenance and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. The role involves ensuring the system's optimal performance, security and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and SQL.

As a Senior Microsoft D365 Technical Analyst your responsibilities will include:
Provide level 2 technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs
Assist with the implementation of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful project and enhancement delivery
Troubleshoot system behavior anomalies, determine root cause, and the appropriate technical resolution
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to recommend improvements and optimizations
Follow change management processes, including the creation and review of change requests
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides
Provide operational activities when required after-hours and on weekends
Other relevant duties as assigned and required
