System One is looking for a RIM Consultant in the D.C. area.
Required: Top Secret Clearance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with the Bureau on strategic improvements to RIM programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Implement successful strategies for enhancing records classification, retention policies, and overall program efficiency.
Develops and implements records management policies aligned with regulations, industry standards, and the agency's needs.
Educates stakeholders on the importance of effective RIM practices and their impact on the Bureau's efficiency and compliance. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent
Must have at least 7+ years of RIM consulting experience, focusing on implementing Microsoft Purview/Records Management
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check
Willing to travel within the continental United States
Ability to communicate effectively - both orally and in writing
Excellent customer service skills to adequately handle the needs of government program managers and their SMEs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with ability to work in a high-pressure environment handling sensitive and/or classified information while meeting multiple deadlines
