Compensation Range: $103,000 - $142,000
The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, and certifications, pay equity, and organizational needs, are considered when determining the posted salary range. In addition, eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.

Organizational Change Management Specialist
KAI Partners Organizational Change Specialists assist clients with changes to organizational structure, culture, job roles and responsibilities, business processes, systems, technology, and communications program planning, message development, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy coordination and facilitate engagement sessions for key platforms, including the Executive Leadership Council, Manager Forums, and Transition Team Knowledge Transfer sessions.
- Develop and execute end-user engagement activities, such as town halls, virtual demos, and roadshows, to ensure stakeholder awareness and alignment.
- Create, edit, and manage OCM communication materials, including PREPARE materials, website content, monthly update packages, posters, collateral materials, newsletters, and general copywriting.
- Drive the Clinical Engagement Master Plan, overseeing site-level engagements, material development, event planning, and coordination for go-live readiness.
- Establish and manage Change Network coordination, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and readiness across impacted stakeholders.
- Develop and implement Dedicated Provider Engagement plans to foster engagement and readiness within clinical teams.
- Support OCM and communication planning for Provider and Patient Portals, and software system rollouts.
- Conduct feedback collection and analysis, incorporating insights into strategy refinements.
- Design and execute Change Readiness Surveys, including data analysis, resistance mitigation planning, and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain Key Product Indicators and progress reporting strategies to measure OCM effectiveness.
- Provide direct support to the program team, ensuring clear translation of OCM vision, coaching, and ongoing stakeholder support.
- Other related duties, as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in supporting technology adoption within complex healthcare environments.
- Strong ability to communicate complex issues effectively to clinical and business staff.
- Familiarity with systems principles, theories, and concepts within healthcare.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology best practices, software applications, and informatics.
- Ability to solve complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and apply clinical best practices.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in creating summary documentation based on evaluation and analysis.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to address complex issues.
- Experience in transformational and process analysis, supporting change management principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with patient care leaders to drive change initiatives.
- Graphic design and communications material generation expertise is an asset.
Work/Education Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related discipline. (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a health-related field, with preference given to those with Clinical Information System (CIS) implementation experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in change management or health system implementation.
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management designation. (Required)
- Experience or training with healthcare information systems and terminology is an asset.
