What You'll Do:
- Turn financial data into real business insights that fuel growth.
- Work closely with leadership to set goals, track performance, and improve processes.
- Analyze budgets, spot trends, and find ways to optimize costs.
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that make complex data clear.
- Help with audits and ensure financial accuracy.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills. Job variances analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced MS Excel) & accounting software.
- Knowledge of GAAP & financial reporting best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and handle sensitive info.
