Description:

ITSM Change Manager Lead (Infrastructure Service Management) - Cincinnati (Midwest) / Anywhere in NA / 7-Manager
Ensure that agreed and standardized procedures for Change Management are followed by Operations Vendors and Customers
Ensure all relevant systems and documentation used are updated and reflect agreements
Publish developed Change Management reports on SharePoint Portal and VMS
Review change reports from vendors and escalate deviations from SLA internally and externally:
Ensure on-time delivery
Manage day to day activities of team:
Distribute work across Change Managers
Handle escalations from technical team members related to change
Ensure SLAs and timelines are being met - North America Working Hours 9am -5 PM EST
