As a CloudOps Engineer , you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure that supports our financial management, human resources, tax billing, and asset management solutions.

Develop & Optimize Cloud Infrastructure - Build and enhance the cloud environment that powers our next-generation ERP solutions.

Ensure Scalability & Security - Maintain a robust, secure, and efficient cloud environment to support our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:
Learn DevOps Best Practices - Learn too advocate for and implement best practices and design patterns across all supported products and teams.
Participate With Service Desk Duties - Help our clients and stakeholders by participating without service desk and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Implement CI/CD Pipelines - Collaborate with various product teams to design, develop, and optimize comprehensive Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Enhance ERP Hosting Platform - Help build the next generation of our ERP hosting platform by leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration Management, and Event-Driven Infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient deployments.
Develop Automation Tools - Create tools to streamline service deployment and improve monitoring in a large-scale distributed environment.
Drive DevOps Transformation - Work with teams to architect and implement innovative software solutions that support DevOps and Agile transformation initiatives.
Provide On-Call Support - Participate in periodic on-call duties to maintain system stability and reliability.
Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with internal and external teams to develop and implement efficient solutions.
Foster a Learning Culture - Continuously expand your expertise and actively share knowledge with colleagues to support professional growth.
Offer Constructive Feedback - Provide respectful and actionable feedback to leadership to improve DevOps strategies and objectives.
Stay Informed - Maintain a strong understanding of DevOps principles and advocate for the adoption of best practices by application teams.

Qualifications

Technical Experience
Cloud & DevOps Expertise - Passion for learning in a cloud-focused DevOps, CloudOps, or software engineering role, preferably in AWS .
CI/CD Experience - - Passion for working in a CI/CD environment , implementing and maintaining automation pipelines.
Linux Administration - Passion for learning and managing Linux-based systems.
Linux and Windows Configuration - - Passion for learning tools such as ansible, run deck, chef and puppet .
High Availability & Security - Passion for learning how to design or maintai n highly available and secure cloud systems.
AWS Workload Management - Passion for learning how to migrat e and manag e workloads in AWS.
Software Development - Passion for learning how to develop in an Object-Oriented language (C# .NET preferred) .
Scripting Skills - Passion for learning scripting with Bash or Python .
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Passion for learning IaC such as Terraform (preferred)
CI/CD Platforms - Passion for learning CI/CD platform s such as Harness, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions .
Monitoring & Observability - Passion for learning real-time monitoring to ols such as Datadog .
Microservices Architecture - Passion for learning microservice-based system design .

Salary will generally fall between $73,100 - $119,300 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
