Corporate Associate

A national law firm has an opening for a Corporate Associate to join their established corporate practice in their Seattle office

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate required
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington
• 3-6 years of experience with a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record required
• Experience with fund formation or other regulatory work is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $195,000-$250,000 depending on experience
