DiSabatino Inc.'s Pronto Pools division is looking for a dedicated Pool Salesperson to help clients turn their visions into reality. With us, you'll work in a collaborative environment with a commitment to quality, service, and craftsmanship.
The Pool Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with prospective clients, and guiding them through the pool design and sales process. You'll represent our Pronto Pools division, delivering outstanding customer service while offering tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs and budget.
Compensation
Responsibilities
Engage and build relationships with potential clients to understand their outdoor space goals
Conduct on-site consultations, providing recommendations that align with the client's vision
Develop customized pool designs in collaboration with the design team
Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and project timelines
Follow up on leads promptly and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process
Collaborate with project managers to ensure customer expectations are met
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor living, construction, or related industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship-building
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is preferred but not required
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets
Knowledge of pool designs, materials, and construction process is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings

Compensation
- $100,000-$200,000 OTE
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
