React.JS Lead

Responsibilities:
Total Experience 12+ Years
Develop new user-facing features using React.js and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 9 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in an agile environment
Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms and applications
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies
Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Familiarity with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as JWT
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Tealium or other tag management systems
Knowledge of server-side rendering and Node.js
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
