Primary Responsibilities
The Sr. Digital Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for selling, analyzing, providing return on investment (ROI), insights and proof of performance for supplier advertisements to support KeHE's Marketing team. Additionally, this position will play a key role in achieving income budgets for all Marketing advertising. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Essential Functions
DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist the Sr. Manager in achieving income budget through leading/attending supplier meetings & Category Management & supplier/broker training.
- Provide customized supplier advertising data to support roadmap contract process.
- Sell advertising opportunities for the New@KeHE program, KeHE Solutions program, advertising inventory gaps and recovery and other advertising programs.
- Provide analysis of supplier return on investment (ROI), key metrics, billing, and advertising proof of performance.
- Compile data reports for the Marketing team.
- Conduct regular advertising reporting and tracking, providing insights and action plans for Marketing and Category Management teams.
- Execute various monthly digital programs in KeHE CONNECT platforms.
- Utilize data to identify trends and areas for improvement and recommendations.
- Partner with the KeHE Events team to coordinate and implement KeHE Show partnerships.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. PowerBI a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations both verbally and in writing to both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced business environment.
- Team player that is confident and works to build trust and collaborates with others.
- Strong analytical skills to provide reporting and analysis of data.
- Travel is required 2 to 3 times per year.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous marketing analytics, advertising or digital experience required.
- A minimum of 4+ years' experience working with distributors, manufacturers, and retailers primarily in the Independent Channel.
