AEM Support Lead

• Hands on experience in AEM.
• Must have hands on experience in Author, Publisher, Akmai and support activities.
• Must have hands on experience in Dispatcher.
• Should be able to handle incident management, problem management, release management.
• Must have effective triaging skills.
• Should have good customer handling experience.
• Experience in AEM & AWS administration.
• Must have experience in AWS S3, EC2, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda.
• Must have experience in Splunk, ServiceNow.
• Must have hands on experience in Unix & shell scripting.
• Experience using DevOps, version controlling tools and repositories (Maven, Jenkins, Git, svn, Attunity, Bit bucket, Bamboo etc.)
• Must have hands on experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in clean coding, unit testing, integrating testing, security testing and code reviews.
