JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cyber security activities in compliance with ISO 21434
  • Lead/Support Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) in collaboration with other functional engineers
  • Support Security Requirement development, Security Requirement review, and work closely with functional engineers to ensure the execution of these requirements
  • Guide software engineers in vulnerability analysis and support tracking cyber security implementation issues based on the vulnerability analysis
  • Support verification engineer in security verification test
  • Support penetration testing activities and its vulnerability management
  • Guide and support the incident response team
  • Participate in ISO 21434 WP Reviews

Requirements:
  • Understanding of Design and Application of Mechatronics Systems (electronic hardware and interconnections that measure and control systems)
  • CAN bus systems and their application in vehicle communication networks
  • Programming for embedded devices, mainly C and C++.
  • Automotive embedded framework experience is a plus (AUTOSAR)
  • Understanding of Vehicle dynamics, electronic systems, and data communication between ECUs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with vehicle data collection
  • Knowledge of ISO 21434 and/or UNECE WP.29 R155 regulation
  • Working knowledge of cyber security analysis and engineering tools
  • Experience with cyber security in embedded systems
  • Good to have experience with functional safety in embedded system
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as C, C++, Python, or MATLAB
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Pay Rate: 60/Hr
