Job Title-Scrum Master
Relevant Experience(in yrs)-1+ yrs
Roles & Responsibilities
Requires a mid-level Scrum Master.
Requirements include 2-5 years of experience (preferably in the financial industry), with a minimum of 1 years of experience with the agile methodology.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team.
This role ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team.
They act as an Agile Coach, promoting and coaching the Agile mindset and principles, empowering the team to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential.
Salary Range - $80000 to $95,000 a year
