Duties:
Support the HelloSign mobile team
Project 1:

Identify additional use case beyond senders in mobile

Project 2:

Identify opps for upgrading customers
Identify strategies for supporting net new users and whether or no specialized onboarding is necessary Monetization insights/ drivers

Project 3:

Ongoing validation research / usability testing

Skills:
5+ years of relevant work experience partnering with cross-functional
5+ teams throughout the product development process
Demonstrated experience with designing research projects that utilize various methods including but not limited to contextual inquiry, concept testing, usability studies, and surveys.
Demonstrated experience partnering closely with cross-functional teammates and socializing research insights and recommendations clearly.
Experience working on mobile apps/ surfaces (MUST HAVE)

Bachelor's degree in a field related to UX Research (ie. Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology), or equivalent practical experience.
