A leading healthcare facility in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Director of Emergency Services to drive operational excellence, patient care quality, and strategic growth within its emergency departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Main ED (21 beds, 100-120 patients/day), Haslet FSED (12 beds, 22 patients/day), and Saginaw FSED (60-100 patients/day, seasonal fluctuation)
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experience, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance (CMS/TJC).
Mentor and develop new managers and leaders within the department
Collaborate with CNO, VP of Operations, and Medical Director to align ED goals with hospital objectives
Drive performance improvement initiatives and manage departmental budgets What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required | Master's Preferred
Active Texas RN License (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum 3+ Years of Acute Care ED Leadership Experience (Director Level Preferred)
Certifications Required:
Experienced Emergency Services Leader with a passion for staff development and operational excellence
Proven ability to manage high-volume EDs and lead multidisciplinary teams
Track record of successful regulatory compliance and process improvements
