Job Description

Under the general direction of the Chief Ambulatory and Service Line Officer, the Senior Director is responsible for the growth, marketing, administration, leadership and performance of Foothills, HSP & BRMS and OMP professional service corporation physician practices and outpatient clinics and service sites. Supervises clinical Directors and oversees the activities of all clinical staff in conjunction with the Practice Medical Director. Partners with Kaleida leadership to align clinical practices and protocols. In partnership with Service Line leaders, supports physician recruitment, acquisition, onboarding, engagement and success ion planning efforts. Serves as the practice liaison for private practicing physicians, Olean General Hospital & Bradford Regional Medical Center and other Kaleida affiliated groups.

Education And Credentials

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Experience

10 years of experience in physician practice management required. Sound understanding of all aspects of physician practice management to include; although not limited to; physician relations, finance, operations, analytics, human resources, revenue cycle management, legal/compliance/risk management, etc. required.
