Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, SAFE, Agile, and CX-Scrum Master methodologies.

Responsibilities : -

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet company objectives and deadlines.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Utilize SQL to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to drive project success.
• Implement SAFE and Agile methodologies to streamline project processes and improve efficiency
• Act as a CX-Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery
• Provide training and support to team members on Agile and Scrum methodologies, promoting best practices
• Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and implement lessons learned to improve future project performance

Qualifications -

• Possess strong expertise in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAFE and Agile methodologies for project management.
• Have experience as a CX-Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting Agile principles.
• Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Display strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Promote continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.

Certifications Required : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFE Agilist Certification, SQL Certification
