YOUR OPPORTUNITY As the Brand Specialist, West Coast for ZEGNA shops within Harry Rosen, you will serve as a key brand representative, ensuring consistency in brand image, supporting business initiatives, and driving sales performance across your assigned locations. This role reports directly into the Country Director, with a dotted line into the Brand Manager, East Coast. Your role is to build strong relationships with store teams, enhance brand awareness, and support Style Advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with ZEGNA's values. The ideal candidate comes with 4-5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client services. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Support Sales Goals: Assist in identifying opportunities to maximize business potential for assigned stores. Support store teams in understanding and achieving sales objectives. Partner with sales associates to enhance product knowledge and client engagement. Brand & Product Expertise: Serve as a ZEGNA brand and product expert, ensuring store teams are well-versed in collections, key items, and styling recommendations. Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance sales associates' knowledge and passion for the brand. Client Development: Support store teams in executing clienteling strategies to strengthen relationships with top customers. Assist in planning and supporting MTM (Made-to-Measure) events in collaboration with the MTM Specialist. Enhance Customer Experience: Encourage and support a client-centric mindset within store teams. Assist in implementing storytelling techniques to enrich customer interactions. Ensure ZEGNA remains top of mind for sales associates and personal shoppers. Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about competitor activities, local market trends, and Harry Rosen initiatives to identify opportunities for business development. Merchandising & Inventory Coordination: Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to internal teams. Support merchandising efforts by ensuring new product launches are well-communicated to store teams. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to maintain impactful brand presentation. Ensure store displays align with ZEGNA guidelines and seasonal directives. Training & Coaching: Act as a resource for store teams, reinforcing brand messaging and product expertise. Support the execution of training programs to elevate product knowledge and selling skills. Team Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with store leadership, sales associates, and personal shoppers to drive enthusiasm for the ZEGNA brand. WHO YOU ARE: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client services. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence. Highly analytical, with the ability to assess business needs and priorities effectively. Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, ensuring seamless execution of tasks. Proficient in both verbal & written communication, conveying ideas with clarity and confidence. Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. A strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable with travel, proactively planning monthly travel to provide support for key locations. COMPENSATION The salary range for this position ranges from $95,000-100,000 CAD annually plus bonus potential. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
