Counsel Attorney (Pensions, Benefits & Investments)

Direct Counsel is seeking a Counsel for Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group.
An exciting opportunity is available for a Counsel with 4-7 years of experience to join the Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group. This position can be based in any of the firm's offices nationwide, including Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, Orange County, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Sacramento, CA, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Tucson, AZ, and Washington, DC.

Candidates should have corporate/transactional experience with excellent academic credentials. Experience with real estate transactions is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects efficiently and take ownership of significant matters.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently on complex projects.
• Provide expert legal counsel with superb research and writing skills.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in corporate/transactional law, preferably in pensions, benefits, or investments.
• Admission to the bar in the state in which the candidate applies.

Location & Compensation:

• The role is open to any of the firm's nationwide office locations.
• Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
