Required Skills:

8 years of total industry experience 4 years min of Java DB design.
Oracle (Doesn't need to be the lead but needs someone to architect the DB changes) - need relation DB modeling experience Lead skills are number one - needs to have previous lead experience.
Angular experience would be a nice to have or at least some javascript framework/library Spring or Springboot is fine Personality - need to be assertive enough to take on a leadership role, tech stack is locked in - can't be too opinionated on the tech stack bc this can't change - no one can be too rigid - they are unstructured and a harder business to work with - lose more battles than we win

Basic Qualifications:

Lead standups when needed or meeting Doing code reviews - being a senior oversite over everything 30-50% coding - really needs a solid lead more than a coder.
This person will be doing architecture work as well - they will be keeping these 3 devs going - their focus will still be these projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

Leading stand-ups, doing code review, basic architecture, maybe doing 30-40% coding work still but will be doing more leadership work than coding but need to understand for coding
Need to have previous leadership experience managing an enterprise team
- Don't have to have a lead title necessary but need to be able to explain it on their resume as well as speak to their leadership of a development team in the past
Knowledge of CMS solutions - ideally someone with experience leading the build of a CMS or similar.

Must-have technologies/required experience for the position:

Lead experience (2+ years of experience here).
JAVA (spring experience N2H).
Basic JavaScript knowledge (Angular N2H).
Relational database experience (Oracle preferred - able to do database design preferred - need at least 1 developer to be able to do more advanced work here).
