Description:
As a Strategic Priorities Leader focusing on classified and sensitive government programs, you will partner with senior government executives and agency leadership to develop and execute mission-critical technology transformation initiatives. This role requires working within the highest levels of federal agencies to drive strategic technological advancement while ensuring alignment with national security objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working within sensitive government environments and demonstrate the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships at the highest levels of government. Must have proven success in driving large-scale federal transformation initiatives and deep understanding of national security considerations.
Note: This role requires working within established federal security guidelines and protocols while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and integrity.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Drive multi-year strategic plans for critical government initiatives
Lead complex transformation programs across cabinet-level agencies
Shape technology roadmaps aligned with national security objectives
Direct strategic planning with senior government stakeholders
Program Management
Oversee implementation of classified and sensitive programs
Develop execution strategies for mission-critical initiatives
Ensure alignment of resources with strategic priorities
Monitor program performance and risk management
Stakeholder Engagement
Build/maintain relationships with senior government officials
Navigate inter-agency dynamics and priorities
Lead high-level briefings and strategic discussions
Represent organization in executive government meetings
Strategic Analysis
Assess agency requirements and develop solution frameworks
Create business cases for major technology investments
Align initiatives with federal budget cycles
Drive innovation within security constraints
Security & Compliance
Maintain required security clearances and certifications
Navigate classified environments and handle sensitive information
Ensure compliance with federal regulations
Coordinate across technical and operational teams
Partnership Development
Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
Build coalition support for major programs
Direct capture strategy for strategic opportunities
This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
- Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
