JD:
- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.
- Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts.
- Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement.
- Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross-team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution.
- Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions.
