The Manager Credentialing Data Integrity will have oversight, manage and ensure integrity of all provider data, in the CVO's credentialing software, as the "source of truth". Leads and develops their team in successfully developing and implementing comprehensive tools and strategies that allow data insights to be converted into strategic opportunities. Develops, analyzes and models operational, economic, management, and other organizational data. Recommends solutions to new and complex problems, develops innovative strategies, quantifies the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets, evaluates the potential impact of changes and reports on economic forecasts that affect the ministries. Manage subordinates and is a leader of process that achieves results through others, who are not direct reports.

Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility for the Manager Credentialing Data Integrity will be to manage and ensure the integrity of all provider data, in the CVO credentialing software, as the "source of truth" for all provider data.
- Responsible for implementing tools and strategies that translate provider data into accurate provider rosters.
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
- Develop and establish reporting to track and maintain operations with the goal of implementing continuous improvements.
- Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure data quality.
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, design and status update meetings with business units, internal developers, and vendors to ensure strategic data projects milestones are met and project goals are completed.
- Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality to ensure reporting and data quality are sufficient.
- Responsible for ongoing data pulls/capture, data manipulation & measurement, data visualization, reporting & analysis, and delivery of actionable recommendations.
- Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of ad-hoc reporting requests and meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple time-sensitive projects at a time to deliver actionable results.
- Oversight of the provider and facility initial and reappointment application audit process, the expiable process and credentialing software support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience.
- Minimum of at least three (3) years of experience related to hospital or managed care credentialing.
- Minimum of at least three (3) years of experience related to credentialing software database, preferable MD-Staff.
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.
