Job Description:

- Work shifts of 5x8 hours per day, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Requirements include an LCSW certification and a state license.
- No on-call or weekend requirements.
- Must have at least two supervisory references.
- Orientation consists of up to 28 hours at 50% non-billable.
- Completion of pre-start modules, potentially during orientation, with an average of 12 hours on modules.
- Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions allowed.
- No COVID-19 vaccine requirement.
- Willingness to work without an interview may be necessary.

Note: Any requested time off must be included in the submission and cannot be changed once submitted for review. A maximum of 7 days of requested time off is preferred per 13-week contract, with no time off during the first two weeks of the assignment.
