Role:
  • This position has high visibility in the company. Kaseya is looking for a Vice President to own the engineering, delivery, and support of all Corporate and Business Information Systems.
  • This leader will be responsible for running a global engineering organization focused on development, delivery, and support for all Kaseya employees, customers, and offices worldwide. In this role, you will be own technical development and support of the following systems: Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Mulesoft, Bamboo HR, Legal/Corp applications, and more.
  • These mission critical systems support all core functions of business operations: Lead to Contract, Order to Cash, Billing, Financials (Procure to Pay, Record to Report), Hire to Retire, Cash & Payments, Data Analytics, and Quality Assurance/Automation. This role will also lead the engineering delivery for the Enterprise Transformation for Lead to Cash (Salesforce re-implementation, plus RLM), as well as Oracle ERP Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, and Oracle EPM.
  • This role owns critical business applications & integrations and will need to drive innovation, empower & motivate teams of seasoned admins, developers, engineers, and architects.
  • We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly, well versed with Front Office and Back Office Systems business process, challenges, best practices, and technologies. They will need to be diligent and detail-oriented mentality.
You are responsible for creating an exceptional experience with responsibility for the following duties:
  • Manage and innovate Kaseya Business Information Systems and business process including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Billing, Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, NetSuite, Bamboo HR, Sharepoint Portal, Mulesoft and Boomi Middleware and other business applications.
  • Enable engineering tools, automations, standards, SDLC, DevOps, etc. preparing the organization to support a multiple of global projects as well as M&A activities.
  • Must have business acumen knowledge of Hire to Retire, Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Legal, Tax, Financial Reporting

  • Partner with VP of Product for all Business Information Systems providing technical engineering and development based on roadmaps and agile sprints
  • Partner with corporate IT Infrastructure teams (Network, Telco, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security) and End User Tech (Laptops, Collaboration tools, etc.) end to end in support of global operations
  • Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America)
  • Partner with CISO org to deliver engineering solutions based on security requirements
  • Manage cross functional relationships to ensure delivery on all priorities and objectives
  • Streamline support and process for the company, managing and reporting on SLAs/KPIs.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and ensure all applications and infrastructure are maintained, upgraded, and under proper support internally and by 3rd party vendors
  • Managed technology spend, contracts, renewals, renegotiations for all corporate and business technology globally
  • Establish and communicate technology standards globally to enable secure scalable operations
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.

Our desired candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience as Senior IT leader with techno-functional hands-on experience and managing back-office IT systems
  • Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Oracle ERP/NetSuite, Mulesoft, Azure, and M365 experience / knowledge is preferred for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of application support methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as ITIL, DevOps, Agile, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Highly customer-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven ability to scale team, build and retail right talent.

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
