Position Summary:
To coordinate, supervise and oversee all YKHC construction, renovations and facility planning and development.

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or AA degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma
  • 10 years experience in management/supervisory position in related field. Experience working with architectural and engineering firms , contractors, and force account projects. Prior experience with contracts, bid processes, material procurement and project management Extensive background in rural construction and building conditions in Alaska.
  • Project management knowledge including budgets, inspections and reports. Knowledge of construction techniques, schematics and blueprints.
  • Supervise and oversee all YKHC construction and renovation. Planning for facility development.
