What We Are Looking For
- A Solutions Architect with extensive Workday experience is highly preferred, as this role will be dedicated to the platform. Someone who can work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand, coordinate, design, and implement technology solutions and strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the organization.
- Solutions Architects will perform the following:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable end-to-end solutions that align with organizational goals, technology strategies, and project requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and understanding of goals.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools based on their suitability for specific projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments of proposed solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution design and architecture decisions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, achievements, and potential challenges.
- Manage relationships and collaborate with technology vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and standards.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Support team development by providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Maintain documentation of technology processes, decisions, and project milestones.
- Individuals possessing these strengths and experiences:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) preferred.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
- Industry-specific experience, especially in Construction, is advantageous.
- Degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields are a plus.
