Non-Equity Audit and Attest Partner

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Non-Equity Audit and Attest Partner to lead our audit and attest services practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level audit professional looking to step into a leadership role without the financial commitment of equity ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, business acumen, and a client-centric approach.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the audit and attest services projects.
• Plan, supervise, and execute financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations and attestation examinations, reviews, and agree-upon-procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, etc...) and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with other partners to drive firm growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Assist in business Southern California development efforts, including building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and participating in client proposals and presentations.

Education, Experience and Skill Required:

• CPA license in California or Hawaii required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in audit and attest services.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Proven track record of managing audit engagements and leading teams.
• Business development experience.
