REVIEW & ANALYTICS DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY

Job Summary: The Review & Analytics Director ("R&A Director") will be responsible for supporting and growing Redgrave LLP's competitive position in the managed review and analytics area, as well as supporting the Firm's eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, and other related data services. The R&A Director serves as a key technical and strategic resource, managing client relationships, providing guidance in litigation focusing on the strategic and tactical aspects of data collection, processing, document review and production workflows. This role requires strong technical expertise in platforms, like Relativity and other processing and hosting tools, ensuring efficient data validation and database management for complex litigation matters. The R&A Director is responsible for developing and presenting strategic solutions to clients at the highest executive levels, structuring ongoing relationships, and overseeing implementation efforts. The R&A Director leads the technical (non-legal) aspects of Review & Analytics engagements, identifying client needs and providing high-quality analysis and recommendations. Additionally, the R&A Director delegates and supervises the work of non-lawyers, ensuring all work aligns with professional, ethical, and Firm standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Managing workflows for data collection and processing
  • Relativity experience, including document review workflow development, identifying/running document productions
  • Experience with Relativity, Brainspace, and other review platforms
  • Managing eDiscovery service providers, coordinating with clients/external counsel
  • Designing processes for ensuring superior quality control of review and production workflows
  • Ability to identify and communicate the impact of key decisions related to how data is processed and reviewed to ensure efficient outcomes
  • Proven technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • A broad range of experience in business operations
  • Solid understanding of management best practices
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of Firm management and team members, clients, and business partners
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Technology-adept and have excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in eDiscovery Review Management and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function
  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters or other advanced degree preferred
  • Experience leading staff and remote teams
  • Experience leading multiple complex initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
  • Ability to travel internationally

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Occasionally lifts objects weighing up to ten pounds
  • Frequently reaches and grasps with arms and hands; occasionally stoops and bends; must have manual dexterity
  • Ability to closely examine and inspect materials
  • Ability to identify and distinguish colors
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Frequently uses a keyboard to enter or transform words or data
  • Work is generally performed in a remote office environment with an occasional requirement to work in a normal office environment
