About this vacancy

We are seeking a Site Manager with previous experience in installation processes of automated distribution centers and warehouses, conveyors and sortation integrated systems, for leading companies in the e-commerce and intralogistics sectors.

The profile selected will lead complex, large-scale projects requiring strong leadership and problem-solving skills

What we expect from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage on-site installation teams to meet quality, cost, and timeline goals.
  • Develop and execute installation project plans with Project Managers, containing objectives, organization, planning and costs calculations.
  • Coordinate site activities with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage quality, time, costs and provision of information.
  • Advise and manage the contracts of all subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and contract requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while improving processes.
  • Provide progress reports to clients, project managers, and the head office.
  • Coach and mentor site supervisors to improve team performance.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in leading teams.
  • Electrical and Mechanical certifications.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in automation, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyor & sortation systems, intralogistics, and warehouse automation.
  • Hands-on experience with installation processes and site coordination.
  • Proficiency in site management software tools.
  • Expertise in contract management, project planning, and resource allocation.
  • Safety-conscious mindset with experience in site safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
