Summary:
Highly consultative role responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and selection process to fill multiple positions simultaneously. Creates sourcing plans and works on the most critical, difficult requisitions and sourcing activity. Utilizes relationship management skills to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and communicate with leaders across the organization. Uses strong sales skills and well developed recruiting techniques to negotiate and close. This is a seasoned senior level role.
Responsibilities:
* Works on the most critical and difficult requisitions requiring heavy sourcing activity. Conduct and coordinate recruiting and selection activities including sourcing candidates; screening applicants; referring qualified candidates to managers; negotiating, preparing and extending offers; completing and guiding candidates through pre-hire screening steps to start date.
* Consults with managers to conduct intake session for new position, development of sourcing and recruitment plan; assist managers in identifying qualifications and competencies required to ensure a quality hire and cultural fit; assist with developing/modifying relevant job descriptions and standards of performance for all jobs; and provide guidance to managers and assist in determining alternative options for staffing.
* Interpret employment policies and advise employees and managers; ensure that hiring practices are in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Children's policies; identify, implement process and communicate improvements; and research and implement innovative methods of searching candidates.
* Develops of annual recruiting plans, including development of externship and internship programs; serve on hospital staffing/recruiting related committees; conduct in-services on Human Resource issues as needed; and perform other duties and special projects as required.
* Must be a self-starter well-versed in sourcing, negotiation and sales techniques, problem solving, and relationship management; knowledgeable in recruiting technologies, multiple system tools, applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and reporting. Leads projects and mentors less experienced recruiters.

WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 5 years recruitment experience required, healthcare recruitment preferred
* Extensive sourcing experience; proficient in MS Office products and other time management tools/techniques; advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems with multiple systems experience required
* RACR certification (must be able to obtain within 1 yr of start date)
EDUCATION
* Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
* Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline preferred
