Illinois Wage Transparency
Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), bonuses, profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. How you will contribute:
- Supporting a Wealth Management team of advisors serving corporate retirement plans
- Providing employee education and investment consulting services to corporate retirement plans
- Develop/maintain in-depth expertise and global knowledge of wealth management services
- Actively support business development activities to identify, pursue & acquire new clients
We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
- An individual who is a self-starter
- Passionate about serving clients
- Familiarity with the financial planning process
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and simplify the complex
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to coordinate & work on multiple, concurrent client projects & complete assignments with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required: Financial planning degree preferred
- Recent college graduate
- Certified Financial Planning designation, a plus, but not required initially
