As the Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, you will work with THD's analytics and technology solutions team to deliver industry-leading return on investment, transforming some of the nation's top non-profit organizations' marketing programs by more effective targeting through individual-level insight. The Senior Business Intelligence Consultant must have a demonstrated track record of manipulating and analyzing data as well as be able to understand, visualize, and discuss marketing implications. The ideal candidate will possess a curiosity to leverage data to solve business problems and develop solutions.

This is a hybrid position out of our office in Lincoln, MA.
Your Impact:
- Perform data engineering on large datasets using advanced SQL.
- Design, develop, and produce output reports based on project requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that leverage large amounts of data for developing business insights.
- Analyze and interpret data and historical trends to find actionable insights to inform strategies.
- Present insights and strategies to stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years' experience in non-profit direct marketing, with experience including an understanding of the date, reporting, and fundraising metrics used by non-profit organizations to drive program performance.
- Bachelors or advanced degree.
- Proven ability to manipulate and analyze data from large databases using advanced SQL.
- Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze data, understand implications, and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to convey complex requirements and analytic processes to marketing staff.
- Previous experience in a managerial role.
- Experience using donor relationship management systems (i.e. Salesforce, ROI, Blackbaud) or the data outputs from these systems.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing programs and technologies.
- Experience with data visualization platforms.
- Experience with Alteryx.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
