Vice President of Finance - 1519

A well-established consumer products company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy, optimize fiscal management, and drive growth. This role requires extensive financial planning, analysis, and leadership experience within e-commerce or consumer products industries.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to align with growth objectives.
• Lead financial reporting and risk management, including cash flow projections and P&L summaries.
• Collaborate with Brand & Sales Directors to optimize financial models and inventory management.
• Streamline payroll processes, develop compensation models, and manage HR-related financial considerations.
• Optimize vendor relationships, purchasing, freight costs, and warehouse cost utilization.
• Manage accounts receivable and work with sales to resolve payment issues.
• Supervise financial personnel, including the Financial Controller and Accounts Receivable Associate.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and Excel proficiency.
• Proven leadership in scaling and optimizing financial processes.
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer products industries is highly preferred.
