The Fresno County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector's office invites applications for the position of Accounting and Financial Division Chief. The incumbent is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the activities and staff of a major division within the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree that is acceptable within the United States' accredited college or university system in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field with at least 24 semester units of accounting coursework.
Experience: Five (5) years of full-time, paid professional accounting experience equivalent to that gained as an Accountant with Fresno County, two (2) years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
License: Possession of a valid Class "C" driver's license, or equivalent, may be required.
Note: Recruitment and/certification may be limited to candidates with an education and/or experience background related to the specific position vacancy as authorized by the Director of Human Resources.
