Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance strategies
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality service to clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Develop and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax-related inquiries and issues
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or tax-related roles
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Experience in preparing and auditing tax returns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
