- Orientation is 2 weeks (Provider must be available Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Job Description:

- Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for medical procedures.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care and treatment accurately and promptly in medical records.
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information and support as needed.
