Commercial Litigation Associate (Del Mar)

An Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid to senior level litigation associate to join their Del Mar office. Their Litigation Practice involves all aspects of business and commercial litigation, including antitrust, creditors' rights, banking and financial institutions, construction, communications, general business, insurance, intellectual property, products liability, professional liability defense, real estate, environmental, securities, white collar criminal defense, and trust and estate litigation.

Minimal Requirements:

• Admitted to the CA bar
• Excellent Academic credentials
• JD from accredited law school

Ideal qualifications:

• 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience (construction, energy and infrastructure experience preferred).
• Experience with contractual and employment disputes, fraud and other business torts, trade secrets, and corporate governance disputes is a plus.
• Trial/arbitration experience, depositions, and drafting and arguing litigation motions such as summary judgement motions, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions.
• Taking ownership of cases and working effectively as a member of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication, writing, research and analytical skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• The pay range for this position is $310,000 to 410,000
