Description:
Bachelor's degree. A minimum of five years of administrative human resources experience to include supervisory experience in employee benefits administration, contract administration of employee benefit Requests for Proposals (RFP) and/or overseeing benefit plan providers or vendors is required. Additional administrative human resources experience to include supervisory experience in employee benefits administration, contract administration of employee benefit Requests for Proposals (RFP) and/or overseeing benefit plan providers or vendors may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis. Possession of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification or Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification demonstrating HR/ Benefits functional knowledge is highly desired.
