Location: Remote (Georgia Preferred) with up to 30% travel

Job Description
The Senior Regional Director of K-12 Partnerships will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with K-12 school district partners within a designated region. This role focuses on enhancing partner satisfaction, driving student enrollment, and ensuring contract renewals and expansions. The executive will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging evidence-based insights to support district leadership in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will combine a strong background in educational partnerships and account management with exceptional skills in data analysis, communication, and change management.

Job Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the trusted advisor for district leadership, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
- Ability to navigate complex relationships with superintendents, board members, and other senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address partner needs to ensure satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
- Represent Acceleration Academies at district meetings, community events, and conferences to strengthen visibility and advocacy.
- Facilitate proactive conflict resolution to maintain alignment with partner expectations and organizational goals.
Strategic Account Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for each district, focusing on partner retention, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
- Use evidence-based insights, such as enrollment trends, Graduation Persistence Index data, and funding metrics, to customize solutions for districts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, sales, and product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Performance and Analytics
- Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, including enrollment growth, student outcomes, and satisfaction rates.
- Leverage Google Tools (e.g., Sheets, Drive, Docs, Slides, Analytics, Forms, etc.) to manage and interpret performance data and inform strategy.
- Conduct program evaluations using established frameworks to continuously refine and improve partnerships.
- Present regular updates to district stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
Change Management and Continuous Improvement
- Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving partner needs and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Drive innovation in district partnerships by integrating evidence-based practices and new EdTech tools.
Revenue Accountability and Growth
- Own revenue and profitability goals, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities for district partnerships and negotiate contracts to support scalability.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize account profitability and resource allocation.
Cultural Competence and Advocacy
- Demonstrate cultural competence by addressing the unique needs of diverse student populations.
- Advocate for equity-focused practices that align with Acceleration Academies' mission and values.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in account management, educational partnerships, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale accounts, particularly with K-12 school districts or educational organizations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Tools) to manage and interpret performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with K-12 funding models, compliance standards, and state-specific regulations (e.g., FERPA, Title I).
- Background check

- Experience with customer segmentation strategies (e.g., high-touch, medium-touch models).
- Knowledge of EdTech tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support district needs.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Experience with program evaluation frameworks, such as Net Promoter Scores or other impact assessments.
