SUMMARY The Strategy & Operations Manager will provide crucial strategic and operational support to the Chief Digital Officer and the Digital department. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations within the department that leads technology and data across BSE properties. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

SUMMARY The Strategy & Operations Manager will provide crucial strategic and operational support to the Chief Digital Officer and the Digital department. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations within the department that leads technology and data across BSE properties. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Maintain and update the department roadmap to reflect current and upcoming projects and initiatives.
- Build presentation materials for the monthly all-department meeting and other projects, as needed.
- Draft release notes that summarize the work delivered by the Digital department.
- Lead the department employee engagement committee to champion a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Plan and implement department-wide events to promote team cohesion and celebrate achievements.
- Oversee and maintain the department budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Perform administrative tasks for the Chief Digital Officer and the department, including scheduling, travel and expenses.
- Assist with special projects, including conducting research and analysis, as needed to support the goals of the department.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support or project management role, preferably within a digital or technology-focused department.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in strategic and operational support roles.
- Proficiency in crafting professional presentation materials and summarizing complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle various tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong dedication to assisting others and encouraging a collaborative environment.
- Budget administration experience with a solid emphasis on detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the department, addressing operational issues before they arise.
- A passion for technology and continuous improvement.
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
