We are looking to invite to our team, an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Lead Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience implementing core accounting and distribution processes using Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-sales solution development:

• Understand client needs and create pre-sales solution maps
• Work with practice leadership to create scope of work documents, configure prototypes for demonstrations and work with offshore team members to build solutions
• Collaborate with solution architects to create estimation worksheets and assist practice leadership in creating solution documentation

Project Leadership:

• Lead Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Functional Expertise:

• Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in:
  • Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, and Budgeting
  • Dynamics 365 SCM modules, including distribution processes, inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, and warehouse management

Business Process Analysis:

• Conduct detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 Finance to meet client needs
• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the solution

Solution Design and Configuration:

• Configure Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM modules according to best practices and client requirements
• Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and provide valuable insights
• Integrate Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation

Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Collaborate with technical teams to address system performance issues and implement enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM (or Dynamics AX) with a focus on core accounting and distribution
• Strong understanding of financial and distribution processes and best practices
• Proven experience in mid to large-scale ERP implementation projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM certification is a plus
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
