Construction Estimator/ Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Estimator/ Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will understand division 7 construction projects and the ability to generate accurate estimates, helping us win bids for major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for caulking and protection coating service construction projects using Stack estimating software.
• Assist in the review and interpretations of project plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to develop competitive bids.
• Help identify and mitigate project risks through accurate cost projections.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, labor costs, and material pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably for caulking or protection coating services.
• Minimum 3 years experience with construction project management.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Salary

• Up to $100k annually
