Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation Base: - excellent compensation package based on MGMA standards, training, and experience. Compensation is data driven, and physicians work under a RVU model but also have a guaranteed salary in the first 2 years. Referrals are split and shared among the group as they come in, not identified. To be discussed at interview.
