Ansell is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Management to join our team in one of our major Ansell offices! Iselin, NJ; Roswell, GA; Brussels, Belgium.

In this position you will play a vital role in leading Ansell's new Global Revenue Management function, focusing on optimizing gross-to-net revenue through strategic pricing, distributor incentives, and sales programs. It involves developing processes, tools, and capabilities to maximize revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Product and Marketing Officer, the position plays a key leadership role in the Global Product and Marketing team and supports the Executive Leadership Team. Initial focus will be heavily weighted towards building out the function - including refining the proposed design, filling key roles, and defining strategy while balancing this against near-term business support needs.

What your role will be?
  • Establish and lead the Global Revenue Management function, focusing on strategy, team building, and process development.
  • Conduct independent assessments of revenue risks and opportunities, creating a playbook for sustainable value creation.
  • Collaborate with CFO and executive leadership to finalize function design, operating model, and strategic priorities.
  • Recruit and build a high-performing global and regional revenue management team.
  • Implement standardized pricing management processes and engage in OneERP design for scalable solutions.
  • Develop and optimize pricing strategies, including brand tiering and long-term revenue management plans.
  • Lead global pricing execution, including periodic price increases and tactical pricing plans by market and segment.
  • Build standard tools and processes to enhance automation and efficiency in pricing analysis and execution.
  • Drive proactive value creation by maintaining a funnel of pricing opportunities and fostering a culture of profit improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices on pricing, promotions, and incentives to maximize growth and ROI.
  • Develop visual management tools and lead training initiatives to embed revenue management best practices across Ansell.


What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (finance or statistics) or Economics
  • Professional Pricing Society (PPS) certification (preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of direct and indirect B2B sales process is required.
  • Minimum of 15-20 years overall experience with significant B2B experience in relevant functional disciplines (revenue management, pricing, finance, sales, category marketing, etc.)
  • Minimum of 10 years revenue management, pricing, or business analytics required with at least 3 years of team leadership.
  • It is essential that the incumbent have deep background knowledge in B2B pricing practices - specifically an understanding of distributors and product distributor process through end use customers, pricing strategies, and systems.
  • A combination of experiences in revenue management, pricing, finance, or management consulting within business units and operating globally is desired.
