Job Description
Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Specialty: Home Health

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Guaranteed Hours: N/A

Experience: Minimum 1 year Home Health experience required

License: CA License in hand

Certifications: BLS required

Must-Have:

- Experience with Point Care/ HCHB
- Oasis experience in Home Health
- Ability to cover a 50-mile radius from the hub/office

Job Description:

- Provide home health therapy services to an average of 5-7 patients per day.
- Handle various types of home health cases.
- Discuss on-call requirements during the interview process, if applicable.
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patient homes (does not include drive time to or from home).
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate.
- First-time candidates are welcome to apply.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccine requirements are unknown.
- Participate in a low-volume submission process with a focus on compliance with travel requirements.
