What You'll Do
- Drive Sales Success - Engage with prospective residents, uncover their needs, and guide them through the decision-making process using proven sales techniques.
- Lead Conversion - Utilize multiple communication channels (calls, tours, referrals, events) to build relationships and convert leads into move-ins.
- Market & Competitor Insights - Stay ahead by understanding industry trends and competitors to refine your sales strategy.
- Revenue Growth - Implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and achieve occupancy targets.
- Business Development - Build a strong referral network with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other partners.
- Leadership & Collaboration - Work closely with the Executive Director and marketing team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience (Senior Living, Hospitality, Real Estate, or similar preferred).
- Strong resilience under pressure and a passion for closing deals.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with seniors and families.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
